TINY HOUSE PLANS
Whats included in the plans?
The plans we provide are what we call architectural, meaning they have detailed measurements of the building in order to recreate it.
They do not have engineering or a framing plan because there are multiple different ways to build it like:
1-Steel frame
2-Timber frame
3-SIP panels
4- Join our online school to learn how to build your tiny home from each method.
5- Or give these plans to a builder in your area and they can give you a quote and build it from plan provided.

T h e kitchen has room for a large sink with views outside along with oven cooktop and breakfast bench.
Just off the kitchen is the lounge room with views to a wall mounted T.V
The table can be folded back up against the wall to free up the space when your not dining or studying.

Bedroom has space for a double bed with bedside tables and room to walk on each side.
Exterior can be a combination of architectural grade metal siding and weathertex or cedar and you can customise the layout of the two.
Our Trailers are superior.
Our trailers are made to the highest standards after 6 years of trial and error and considering its the foundation of your home it pays to make sure its been done right.
We have a unique system to allow insulation of the subfloor between the members and drainage of condensation that occurs from the metal members sweating. We also use xps foam on top of the metal members to prevent thermal bridging into your home.
Featuring a 5mm thick chassis wall to prevent bowing. We also have as an optional extra custom made jack stands that can handle the weight of a tiny home and make height adjustments easily using a bottle jack as standard legs can only hold the weight but struggle to lift it.

Our lighting is next level!
As a standard inclusion we use premium 24v dimmable strip lighting on all our houses. This is so that you can have complete control of the lighting and mood of your home without irratating down lights shining in your face.

Mould is a real problem
Mould and moisture is one of the biggest problems facing any kind of living structure and the problem is particularly bad with tiny homes for a specific reason.
Weight!
because weight is a concern for tiny houses many builders have opted to build their frame out of steel as apposed to the traditional timber frame.
Thermal bridging
The problem with this is that steel frames have issues with thermal bridging that can cause your frames to sweat inside the wall cavity causing moisture and mould problems for your house. Usually not detected by the occupant all while their health suffers.
The solution
Sip panels on the other hand have the same benefit of being light weight and durable but without any of the thermal bridging issues.
This makes it a very good option for tiny houses and much preferable over a steel frame tiny house.

At Uber tiny homes after building with all three options of Timber, steel and sips we now build exclusively with Sip panels and have refined the system to perfection.
