as the name suggests this is a reverse loft design, meaning that the bedroom is down stairs with low headroom and the lounge is upstairs with higher head room. This is flipping the tiny house standard design on its head! but if done correctly can be a very practical and ergonomically designed space that appeals to many people. To add something extra to this space an optional second story deck has been included that is accessed from the upstairs loungeroom giving a elevated view and living space that typical tiny house designs have yet to offer. This deck would be built in a modular fashion making it able to be dismantled if necessary. You can walk from the bathroom to the kitchen and upstairs to lounge room and on to deck whilst standing with 2100mm head room downstairs in walkway and 1900mm upstairs. The house includes a full size bath and shower combo, several toilet options from waterless to minimal flush to incinerator. A oven and cooktop and optional space for washing machine in kitchen. The stairs are functioning cabinetry with draws and cupboard space underneath and there is ample closet space downstairs at the front of the bedroom. The Kitchen has an island bench with bench seating which can act as a prep space for cooking as well as a dining bench and even work bench as the benchtop has been kept free and open to maximise the potential use. The loungeroom upstairs is a big feature! with so much seating space and a large daybed on the end of the room for daytime naps, cosy movie nights and even a guest bed. To top it all off the optional deck is accessed from the loungeroom making the space so inviting and multifunctional.
